1. After-Sales Service and Return Policy

General Return Conditions
Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Products from Probites, Midday Squares, Little Goods, Juju’s cookie dough, and all BULK products (except those that are sealed) are final sale.
Returns and Exchanges
In-store: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange, upon presentation of the original receipt.
Online: You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to make a return or exchange. Return shipping fees are at your expense if you change your mind or the wrong product was ordered. Additionally, the original invoice must be presented. In case of a lost receipt, please contact our customer service.
Opened Products: Opened products cannot be returned due to the sanitary conditions surrounding supplements. Returns are not accepted if the flavor does not suit you. If the product is still sealed, normal return conditions apply.
Clothing and Accessories (MERCH) : Clothing and socks can be exchanged and refunded provided that the tag is intact, the original packaging bag is present, and the product has not been worn.
In-store Purchase: Items can be tried on in-store. Returns or exchanges must be made at the same location as the purchase.
Online Purchase: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days following receipt of the order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery fees. End of form
2. Products and Information
Protective Seal: If the seal is detached upon opening, no refund will be possible. This is generally related to the technique used to seal the jar: they apply the seal, then place the lid immediately. With heat, the two adhesives fuse, and when opening the container, the seal may tear or puncture. However, the product remains perfectly consumable, and its quality is not affected. If you have questions, contact online customer service by providing photos of the product.
“Pre-workout” Supplements : “Pre-workout” supplements that solidify (form “clumps”) cannot be returned. This phenomenon is normal and does not affect the quality of the product. For more information, contact our Customer Experience Team.
Bulk Product: Bulk products purchased in-store are final sale, unless there is an error with the product. Bulk products purchased online that are still sealed may be returned for a refund or exchange.
For online orders, when more than one portion of a bulk product is ordered, we package them in one (1) bag. If you would like multiple bags, contact customer service before the order is shipped. Maximum of 3 bags.

PURE is not responsible for statements or claims made by product manufacturers, nor for changes made to their formulations. PURE cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or any other adverse reactions, as these are generally caused by personal factors.
3. In-store purchase and order for in-store pickup
Returns of products purchased in-store and via in-store pickup must be made at the same location where the pickup or the purchase took place. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the original invoice.
If items are missing from the order, you must contact the pickup location.
If an item is out of stock at the time of pickup, the store will contact you when you can pick it up. For follow-up, modification, or refund, contact the pickup location.
4. Online order for home delivery
Products purchased online may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days following receipt of the order. They must be returned to our warehouse in their original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the original invoice. We cannot be held responsible for delivery fees related to the return of merchandise.
Products purchased online and delivered to your home cannot be returned in-store.
If the package and/or products arrive damaged, contact online customer service with images clearly showing the damage upon receipt of the package. Without proof, PURE cannot be held responsible for the damage.
