When the order is placed on the website, allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, 1 to 4 business days for shipping (US & Canada), 9-13 business days (International Shipping) timeframes may vary during sales and promotional periods.
PURE works with third parties for its deliveries: GLS, UPS, Purolator, Fedex , as well as Canada Post for remote regions. Once the parcel leaves our facilities, we are no longer responsible for it . PURE is committed to ensuring that all orders leave our facilities safely.
Orders are delivered without signature and left at the specified address, even if the recipient is absent. In the event of damage during transit, contact our customer service.
